  • HOW DOES YOUR MOBILE APP WORK?

    Our mobile app is designed to seamlessly deliver your home exercise program, making it easy to follow your prescribed exercises. In addition to accessing your workout plan, you can use the app to contact me directly between sessions, allowing you to address any problems or concerns you may have. This ensures continuous support and personalized guidance throughout your rehabilitation journey.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA accounts to make your transactions as convenient as possible.

  • DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

    We are pleased to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, offering you the convenience and benefits of your in-network plan. Additionally, we provide competitive pricing for out-of-network services, ensuring you receive quality care at an affordable rate regardless of your insurance network.

  • HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

    Each session lasts 60 minutes, providing you with dedicated 1-on-1 physical therapy to ensure personalized and effective treatment tailored to your needs.

  • I CANT WORK WITH YOU IN PERSON, WHAT OPTIONS ARE FOR ME?

    Our remote option provides you with the same advanced rehabilitation program as our in-clinic services, but from the convenience of your preferred location. You’ll have access to your physical therapist whenever you need it, ensuring continuous support and guidance.
