MEET THE TEAM
Hey! I am Jake Souva, The owner of Souva Physical Therapy and Performance! I am a doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I graduated from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and continue to serve as a teaching assistant in the physical therapy program.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my ever growing family: My wife Nichole, son Brady & chaotic dogs Bubba and Barrett! I’m also a sports fanatic and love playing flag football, basketball, baseball and disc golf (sure we will count it as a sport).
I opened my clinic to provide athletes of all ages with a place that meets them where they are. Too often, I saw patients who weren’t treated like athletes simply because their competitive playing days were behind them. I believe everyone deserves the same high level of care that elite athletes receive, and that’s exactly what you can expect when you work with us at Souva PT and Performance.
