1. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
We start with a comprehensive assessment including movement quality, strength, power, and sport-specific demands.
2. CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAM
Your performance training plan is customized based on your goals, sport, injury history, and current performance level. You have access to your “homework” through our mobile app.
3. SUPERVISED TRAINING SESSIONS
All sessions are coached 1 on 1 to ensure proper technique, progressive overload, and safe execution.
4. MEASURING PROGRESS FOR SUCCESS
We continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust programming to keep you progressing to the next level.
