THE PROVEN METHOD WE USE TO GET YOU BACK TO YOUR ACTIVE LIFESTYLE – PAIN FREE
Have you ever been told to give up something you love?
Many of our patients have—and it left them feeling discouraged and broken. When injury struck, the people they turned to for help told them to stop. But here, we see things differently. We believe that quitting isn’t the answer. Our mission is to help you heal, rebuild, and come back stronger—so you can return to what you love and perform better than ever before.
Here’s what you can expect treatment to look like when you work with us.
You are much more than your injury. Our key to getting tremendous results is looking beyond the location of pain to find where the root of the issue lies.
Manual therapy makes up a large part of treatment to help reduce pain and increase range of motion. Treatment may include muscle massage, muscle stretching, joint mobilization, manipulation, or active myofascial release depending on your case.
No two people have the same levels of strength or mobility. That’s why we tailor functional movements with strategic regressions and progressions. After all, there’s no benefit in doing a movement if it can’t be performed properly! We ensure you’re set up for success and continually moving in the right direction.
We believe strength and conditioning is a crucial part of the late-stage rehab process. Traditional physical therapy may not challenge you enough once you’ve fully recovered, increasing the risk of reinjury. That’s why we incorporate the best strength and conditioning methods into your rehab plan, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive program.
Cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations (IASTM) are two effective alternatives to manual therapy that we use in our practice. Cupping and IASTM can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and prepare the muscles for strength training.
As mentioned above, we see physical therapy as a team effort! We’re here to meet you wherever you are in your recovery journey and guide you along the way. We encourage you to be open and vocal about the parts of the process you’re struggling with—and the parts where you’re excelling so we can be the best support possible.
Our goal is that by the time you finish working with us, you’ll understand exactly WHY and HOW to perform your program. This is where you can transform your REHAB into PREHAB and prevent future injury.
Education is a key part of your program, and you’ll have lifetime access to your PT plan even after our time together in person is complete.
