SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY
We provide a physical therapy experience built for athletes. Beyond helping you recover from injury, we’ll challenge you to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and unlock your highest level of performance.
Your Comeback Starts Here
You didn’t put years into the gym and sports just to end up on the sidelines.
When injury shows up, it doesn’t only affect performance. It threatens your routine, your identity, and your livelihood.
The fear of losing what you love can feel heavier than the injury itself.
You deserve a plan that protects everything you’ve built and restores you to full strength. Rehab shouldn’t mean quitting your sport. It should mean learning how to move smarter, rebuilding confidence & resilience, and silencing the fear of re-injury.
Because the goal isn’t just to fix what hurts.
The goal is getting you back to a level of sport and fitness that you never thought would be possible.
the comeback playbook
Your physical therapy sessions are 60 minutes of 1 on 1 care. No techs or aides, just undivided attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your PT will use a blend of hands on manual therapy and exercises methods to help build your perfect session.
Each session will build on the last, and we regress/progress your program as necessary to ensure you are on the path to success.
We believe the fastest path to results is a fully customized rehab plan because no two athletes are the same.
You’ll get access to the Souva PT & Performance app, where your personalized sports physical therapy program lives. You’ll have lifetime access to the plan we build specifically for you.
Every detail is laid out clearly. No guesswork, no confusion.
What you do outside of sessions is what makes the biggest difference, and we make sure you’re set up to win.
When you feel heard, you’re more likely to succeed. That’s why communication is a core part of our sports physical therapy process.
You’ll have direct access to your physical therapist through the Souva PT & Performance mobile app.
Questions about your program or progress? Send a message and your PT will respond within 24 hours, so you can stay on track without waiting for your next session.
This is the main reason you should choose a clinic that specializes in sports physical therapy. We love seeing you get back to excelling at the things you love to do most and will do whatever it takes to help you get there.
