  2. Individualized Treatment Plan
    After the evaluation, we will create your personalized treatment plan. :

    • Manual therapy: We use hands on stretching, massage techniques active release, and joint mobilization, cupping, scraping.

    • Therapeutic exercises: Exercises that will continually evolve as your strength improves. We want to help you to peak performance

    • Home Exercise App: Access your rehab program in the Souva PTP app. Your recovery gameplan is mapped out here so you never have to guess what to do next. We include video demonstrations so you never have to worry about forgetting your exercises. You have lifetime access to your program!

  3. Education and Prevention
    Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge to stay active and pain-free long after treatment. We love treating you but we also want you to have the tools and skills to know what to do if your pain reemerges.
